Limited edition sake for Inomoto Sake Shop's 50th anniversary hanpukai. It is made from "kinpaku", a native rice produced in Ishikawa Prefecture. It comes shuwa shuwa on the tip of the tongue. It has a wild and chirpy taste. Complex and deep flavor. Sourness and graininess spread to the palate. Strong and unique bitterness.
