It is from the northernmost brewery in Hokkaido, and is a hard-water, clean-tasting sake with a hint of sweetness. It seems to be a special spring limited edition of Kunimare. It has a dark fruity taste of mango and banana somewhere. It is a sake that can be enjoyed slowly over a meal as its flavor increases with temperature.
