Kumakichi
We were given a bottle of Masumi's limited edition sake, Tsukikoshi, which is vacuum wrapped.
Tsukitsukoshi is a special filtration method used in the Edo period, and Masumi has reproduced it here. The sake is slowly and naturally squeezed without being exposed to the air, which gives it a subtle gassy and full flavor.
A quick sip, and you'll notice a soft, fluffy gas tube and grapes? It has a clean, sweet aroma like Muscat, and a delicious flavor that lingers on the tongue!
It's a sin to be able to drink it so easily because it kicks in just right!
Rice polishing ratio: 55%, Alcohol content: 15 degrees
