Bright and fresh on the nose: pineapple, peach, apple, pear, strawberry. A hint of something creamy like fresh cheese, and the light acidity associated with it.
Much creamier and more dairy on the palate. Fresh cheese, yoghurt, and cream. This yields to some fruitiness, but not as much as on the nose; just some light apple and pear perhaps. The acidity makes the palate quite light and crisp, but there is a lingering sweetness and astringency.
Served chilled, this may open up more warm.
