We had it cold today, but Daishichi is a delicious sake to be heated 🍶.
Until last year, we used to warm up the sake in a pot of hot water with a thermometer in hand, but since we started using a sake heater at the end of the year, we will be heating up the rest of the sake in the near future 👍.
