Ahead of our wedding anniversary tomorrow
The first bottle we opened was
My first Shinsei Ecru!
I'm sure I've had it before at sake bars before the Corona disaster.
But this was my first time at home!
The aroma was
Fruity, but I'm not sure how to describe it.
On the other hand, the mouthfeel is also fruity.
It's also a little bit like a vegetable.
But it's not as sweet as I thought it would be.
It is not spicy.
But the flavor is strong.
I'd like to try some of the others.
