Oozy but not sludgy and smooth
It's got a bit of a "sizzle" to it.
Sweet and sour with a delicious flavor, but not too sweet that it leaves a sticky residue in the mouth.
The acidity is not too strong, it's really sweet and sour.
It's just the way I like it.
When served with chestnut fritters with honey, the acidity is more noticeable.
It may be sad to lose the sweet and sour taste.
