<A slowly delicious all-purpose food sake that looks great warmed up.
Almost no aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle, light flavor. It has a gentle, gradual umami flavor, and is delicious.
But my main goal for the day was to warm it up. He recommended heating the sake, so I only tasted the cold sake. This is definitely the best kind of sake. We drank it with a tokkuri (Japanese sake bottle) and a smiling toriinokuchi (sake cup).
Oh, wow! The color is very nice. It's easy to tell with the sake cup. The slight yellow color looks like it would be good for heating up.
The aroma has a hint of sweet rice flavor. Looks delicious!
On the palate, the acidity has risen a bit, and the umami in the second half has also opened up. Slowly the umami is delicious!
This is good for warming up!
I thought, "This is good for warming up," but then I went back to room temperature, and it was just as gentle and tasty.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Mrs. Kurokawa from "The Wind Rises. She is gentle, looks good in kimonos, and has beautiful eyes. She is a woman who can pay attention to details. She is a very nice person.
Satisfaction: ★★★★
