Hakkaisan led the beginning of the local sake boom. This is a bottle of summer sake that was not around back then when people were talking about "Senda Man". It is delicious when well chilled, with a full-bodied aroma. It has a strong alcohol content and a spicy aftertaste. It goes well with food.
