sato
Sake purchased in Morioka at the end of the year for the New Year.
A little? I was a little late, but I opened the bottle.
The Hiraoki Shoten where I bought it is a liquor store where you can have a corner bar, and I heard that Rui Yoshida visited there.
There is a very nice old lady there.
The flavor is strong, with a lingering finish and a nice crispness.
It seems to go well with oden and yakitori on a cold night.
It is a good old-fashioned sake.
It's not a sake for New Year's, but rather a sake for everyday drinking!
