新舘幸樹
I went to my usual liquor store with no particular purpose in mind, as my stock of sake was getting low. I was looking around and saw a bottle of Tasake.
I saw a bottle of Tasake, which I had never seen before. I had never seen such a label before. The price was way over my budget.
But when I looked closely, I saw that it was made from my favorite sake rice, Akita Sake Komachi. I was quite hesitant, but I decided to buy the other bottle for the sake's cost performance. I was going to look at it for a while, but I couldn't resist and opened the bottle. Indecisive Sukimaru.
I have not had many Jungin of Tasake, so I am looking forward to it.
The color has a slight yellow tinge, but I think it is normal for this time of year.
The aroma is like that of soft, unripe apples.
First, there is a numbing piquancy on the tip of the tongue. After that, the five tastes come all at once, and the inside of the mouth is floral, like a party. It is not a party to the fullest, but a party for adults.
It is not sharp for a rice wine at this time of the year, but it is a very tasty sake with a lot of umami. As one would expect from Tasake.
