Drunk on Gifu's Local Sake 2024@Tokyo The fourth sake was Harada Shuzo's "Yamaguruma Natsu Ginjo Kuradashi Ichiban" 🌻. After drinking the autumn limited edition sake, the season was rewound lol. It is a sake that is stored in ice temperature after being squeezed. It's gorgeous & rich when you drink it! I quite like this one too ......😋 It's gorgeous, but not too much on the nose for my liking? It seems that they use "Hana Yeast", the world's first excellent sake yeast isolated from natural flowers. They seem to be the first brewery in the world to use "Hana Yeast," a superior sake yeast isolated from natural flowers.
