It looks slightly yellow.
Slightly fruity on the palate with a bit of bitterness and alcohol flavor.
It has a slight bitterness and alcohol flavor.
I was surprised that it was totally different from Junmai Ginjo.
If anything, the Junmai Ginjo was easier to drink.
I felt it was easier to drink.
