Loot from the Takashimaya Sake Festival Craft saké from Adachi Nozo Brewery, brewed in Takatsuki's Tomida Danchi Made with Tomiichigo from Minoh and Hinohikari from Takatsuki It was harder to open than I thought it would be 💦 because it was so much more vigorous than I expected. Sweet aroma of strawberries. Slightly effervescent, a fusion of strawberry sweetness and sake-like flavor. Low alcohol and easy to drink. Empty in no time 😋.

The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival (6) Craft Sake Brewery Association Booth A rare opportunity to see craft saké from all over Japan at one place Mr. Yoji Adachi of Adachi Nozo Brewery and one other person came to the booth, but I didn't know who it was... Mr. Adachi took care of it. We started with Adachi Nozai Brewery's sake. He told us that he brews his sake in an apartment complex in Takatsuki and that he does everything by himself. The sake we drank was MIYOI Craft STRAWBERRY I bought it because it was the best of its kind with rich sweetness and fruitiness 😋. MIYOI Craft Malibu at the danchi Made with pineapple and mango. Clean sweetness compared to strawberry. MIYOI ORIGIN It is said to be once-fired. It is made with raspberries, but it seems to be the same as regular sake. Is it a standard sake? I think the label was designed by a famous game creator, but I forgot 😅. The other person who came was the head brewer of LIBROM.

Osaka Takashimaya Department Store】7th「Takashimaya Sake Festival21 Craft Sake Brewery Association] booth. Mr. Yoji Adachi was there, so I went to his booth to listen to him again. There were no other brewers at the booth, so I went to the booth alone. Adachi Nozoki Brewing Co. ◉MIYOI Craft Malibu at the estate. Pineapple, mango, coconut milk, and lime. Sour to clean, slightly sweet. ◉MIYOI Craft STRAWBERRY A gassy, crisp, refreshing strawberry. MIYOI ORIGIN A different lot of sake. Clear and delicious. This is a clear, clean, almost sake-like sake, though I use raspberries in the fermentation process. It is a gift-work sake that is made all year round. A sake with a little more raspberry will be released next month. When I visited the brewery, I told them that I had been brewing sake for the overseas market, and they told me that the tax office came by today to do a tasting and gave me a high evaluation. I was surprised to hear that the tax office people can drink sake 🙄. I forgot to take a picture 💦.

Osaka, Takatsuki City. Adachi Farm Brewery. MIYOI Craft KIWI Yes, this is MIYOI Craft. In terms of genre, it is Craft Sake. I went to the brewery because I saw on TV that it was near a liquor store in my area. And the brewery is in an apartment complex. Yes, Danchi Sake Brewery. Or more precisely, Danchi Brewery. I had it with cold sake. There was a slight gas sound when the bottle was opened and a lot of bubbles adhered to the glass when it was poured. The color is slightly yellowish and cloudy, and there are some lees or kiwi bubbles. The top aroma is mainly grapefruit-like, with some kiwi-ish notes. On the palate, there is a gaseous feel, and it pops on the tongue. The initial taste is a little dry, but sweetness gradually emerges on the tongue. The aftertaste is slightly bitter from the sweetness. It has a rice-like taste, and although it is sake, it is like a white wine. It is easy to drink and goes quickly😋. Ingredients: rice (from Osaka), rice malt (from Osaka), kiwi (kiwi from deep in the mountains) 100% Hinohikari rice produced in Takatsuki Alcohol content: 14%.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛I was curious to visit this brewery 🛵It has a very stylish cafe attached to it and brewing tanks next to it 😊The rice is home grown and seems to be milled by a coin milling machine😁.
