The brewer is Sumikawa Brewery, well-known for Toyo Bijin. It's a tropical 🏝️......and the mouthfeel is just like Yamada Nishiki, with a good amount of sweetness and bitterness, then a nice sharpness! Delicious 😋I'm enjoying it with fresh shirasu caught this morning in Odawara and tuna sashimi to compare.......
