A small drinking iron from Sendai Station
Sourness is good!
After the umami of Junmai, the sourness passes through the nose and down the throat.
It is a peculiar taste, or rather, this sourness has a unique flavor and is delicious.
Furthermore, when you eat it with Hoya Tamago, which combines the sweetness of egg and the bitterness of Hoya, the sweetness of the egg that remains in your mouth is quickly washed down your throat, and your mouth is refreshed.
Sleet this morning. I am luxuriating in the morning, watching the snow and drinking iron to Yamagata.
