Ichidake Senryo, Nigori-shu in winter. It is a 30% Daiginjo blend. We bought it imagining it to be lightly cloudy, but it is quite thick. Even if you shake it well before opening the bottle, there is no sense of foam. It is an old-fashioned sake that does not resemble the cute label.
