Very very smooth. Not sweet at all but not boozy either. Just cool liquid. Almost no flavor but not in a bad way. No aftertaste.

Booziness mid and post sip. Sweet, somewhat creamy, opaque upon stirring, taste is full but has a bit of a bite.

Sushi Wednesday at Sprouts supermarket! (sushi for $5)
They paired it with this sake so I grabbed one. Tastes sweet and refreshing, with a little sharpness. Would drink again.
