The aroma has a nice sourness typical of Sengoku. The taste is so good! It tastes sweet with good acidity and not too much bitterness. I drank it with the next Orikara, and it was not that different, but it was definitely very good! I also got a bottle of the "blamed" one, so I'm looking forward to comparing the two! Sentori is always delicious! I'll be a regular buyer again this year!
