I bought this on the way home from golf.
Sasaichi always makes a good sake.
It was opened on Christmas Day, but there is nothing Christmasy about it.
The first sip.
Again, it's a nice, refreshing sake. Full of umami, but can also be served as a food sake.
When warmed to lukewarm, the sweetness swells to a warming sensation. A bit dry.
The brewery has a well-stocked souvenir shop. The canned sake here is also quite aggressive and tasty.
