Fudo Hashirushibori-Non-filtered Junmai Ginjyo Nama-no-Genshu
The aroma is rather gorgeous (just as the store owner said!).
The gorgeous pineapple-like aroma spreads at first, but it soon settles down to a clean, easy-drinking feeling! Overall, it is well-balanced?
This is my first time to try this brand! I might buy it again 😏.
