The color is dark amber. The aroma is fragrant, and it has an appearance (?) that is hard to believe it is sake.
It has a very strong and full-bodied flavor. It has a very strong umami (flavor) and full-bodied flavor. It also had a bitter taste, but it was mellowed by the hot sake (though it wasn't as hot as it should have been).
It was very interesting - I want to drink it again!
