カエル合衆国大統領Fujii Honke is an amazing brewery with a long history and ties to the royal family.
I was allowed to taste about 11 different kinds of sake, and since I was on foot, I carefully selected this one.
It is very common to find that the best tasting sake is the standard Junmai sake when you drink both expensive and cheap sake blind 😂.
This is an example.
The interesting thing about sake is that high price does not always equal good taste. 💁♂️
