mozuAlthough it is a Junmai Ginjo sake, the aroma is modest. If I had to say something, I would say it has a discreet apple aroma.
The taste is very clear and dry, yet you can feel the taste of the rice.
I think it goes well with a variety of dishes.
It was delicious.
