Refreshing aroma. The sweetness is moderate and the taste of rice is assertive in the mouth. The acidity comes afterwards and the aftertaste is refreshing.
It is not as sharp as Yui Yui, nor as mild as Kido, but somewhere in between. It is a sake with a high level of balance from sweetness to sourness.
If I were asked whether I like it or not, I would say I like Kido better.
