YamakatsuWe recently received a bottle of "Kikuhime Yamahai Junmai" from Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
It was a delicious sake with a rich and umami flavor typical of Yamahai.
It goes very well with iburigakko (pickled ginger).
