Yumegokoro純米吟醸おりがらみ
AndrewI got a bottle at Kadoya Sake Shop in the spring and it was so good that I bought another bottle and kept it in the refrigerator for about six months. It is still very shwashy, with a refreshing sourness at the beginning and a sweetness at the end. The other day at Kadoya, I also got a bottle of the "Ori Mashimashi" version, so I'm looking forward to that as well.
