The aroma is sour and koji. The taste is not dry, but it is less sweet and finishes with dryness. My first impression is of a gentle flavor! It's sweeter than Snowball, more like a sweet sake nigori, and it's delicious! Since it is sweeter, I think it is better to drink it by itself. The price was rather good, so I am not sure if I will buy it next year. But I am sure it is delicious!
