I took a hot and cold bath, which I've been into lately, to get myself lightly refreshed, and since it was early on Sunday, I decided to have a light drink.
We decided on a refreshing summer sake, so we went with a draft of Kangiku. The aroma is subdued even for a summer sake, but the fragrance is gorgeous with green apples, and the taste is fresh and juicy! The taste is fresh and juicy! It is what is called "amauuma," but the lingering aftertaste is slightly bitter and you will not get tired of drinking it. It is delicious.
