Sogga Pere et fils "Le Sake Erotique" Numero Six.
Sogga Pere et fils produces only about 7,000 liters of this wine during the off-season when Obuse winery is closed for winemaking. This year, we were able to find a bottle of Numérosis made with yeast No. 6.
The nose is reminiscent of apples and muscats, and the aroma is like that of a white wine, but the lactic acidity from the sake yeast draws you closer to the sake side of the bottle.
The tight and slender taste is a perfect match for the sake, and together with the elegant acidity, it keeps the impression of complexity and lightness.
We thoroughly enjoyed its unique flavor!
