The aroma is strong and fruity: ripe bananas, strawberry and apricot. The flavor at the beginning is sour and sweet at the same time. Great balance in that! Then the rice flavor spreads strongly with umami in your mouth. In the end few herbal tones remain. The finish is short, almost none. It is clean and no flavor of alcohol. No aftertaste remains
