常に初陣Mimuro Cedar's Dioavita.
I had high expectations for Mimuro Cedar, as everything I've had from them has been delicious!
The first sip was a shock!
It smells like banana peel, has a flavor similar to cider, and is very easy to drink without being spicy or alcoholic.
It tasted like no other sake.
It is indeed divine.
Sushi, Satsuma-age, Chikuwa and komatsuna with sesame paste
