The sake is highly clear and colorless. The aroma is fruity but mild. Melon aroma with some muscat-like sweetness. The slight sweetness comes in flavor too and is well-balanced with brief acidity. The sake is dry and the earthiness of alcohol is felt in he back mouth. It has very clean taste, only alcohol lingers.
