Sake is a royal Junmai sake with light acidity.
It becomes softer when heated.
I was happy to have visited many sake breweries from Kinosaki to Yonago on my adult travel itinerary.
I'm glad I visited so many sake breweries!
I saw a cup of Kasumitsuru heated in a hot spring, but I think it would be very hot if heated in a hot spring!
I wonder if Kouzutsuru would be okay.
