ちゃんまやPFresh Oroku
It is a new sake, which is quite rare among Ohroku, which is basically shipped after maturing 😆.
This is the first time I've ever had an unaged Oroku ✨.
Not much of an overtone, but a bit of greenish grassy aroma 🌿.
The taste is full of minerality, with a sharp spiciness and acidity.
Fresh and tasty dry sake, but I think it lacks some characteristics for an Ohroku 😅...
This bottle reminded me again that I want my Ohroku to have a fresh and ripe taste👍.
