サワコI finally found my sake of choice among the many sake brands in Nagano Prefecture. At a soba restaurant I wandered into, a gentleman ordered Taisetsukei from behind me. I was intrigued by a brand I had never heard of before, so I ordered some myself. I fell in love with it. I bought it right away! Today, we drank it slowly at home. It has a sour taste at first, but it is a very pleasant sake.
