HasteI didn't read the warning carefully, but the stopper flew to the ceiling and the contents overflowed. It has a strong gassy sensation, and the taste is reminiscent of citrus liqueur. Not only is it tangy and fresh, but the lees are entwined to give it a mellow mouthfeel. Easy to drink.
