海の男Special pure rice with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. The aroma is like that of old Japanese sake. Along with the umami, a light bitterness, astringency, and a peculiar aroma spread out. It is peculiar, but not bad. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. It mellows out when warmed to lukewarm. It is easier to drink this way because it has less acidity, which is common.
