I've grown to love it, sweet but light and easy to drink with just the right amount of flavor.
I bought it in January (or was it December? The bottle was opened in January (or was it in December?), and after letting it sit for about a month, I finally opened it today.
Just after opening the bottle, it was white and faintly foamy.
This is a 2020 brew of 100% Aizan.
