It certainly has a strong acidity.
Is it a bit on the dry side?
The label says, "It has an image of sharpness like a Japanese sword," but I didn't think it was that sharp.
I had bought this sake about a month ago and liked it so much I bought a repeat, but my taste buds may have changed!
Unfortunately, it didn't hit the spot today: .......
It seems to me that the acidity is very assertive.
It seems to have a fresh but somewhat complex taste ......!
