ちゃそ
Today is Active Summer by Choyo Fukumusume.
It's a sake that feels like summer. This is my first time to drink Changyang Fookmusume.
I think I prefer dry junmai ginjo the best among the various specifications, so I opened the bottle with high expectations.
The aroma is not spectacular but it has a nice aroma 😃.
When I drink it, it feels dry at first, but soon the umami and sourness comes. I think the sweetness is moderate. It finishes with a nice kick.
I have the impression that this is a very good food sake.
I like the design of the label, and I may try another one soon.
I'll put it on my list of favorites.
