- Milan HauserType junmai, polishing rate 65%, alcohol content 15% Today I am drinking it at room temperature. Aroma is moderate of rice and yogurt. Flavor is thick and dry. I can taste a lot of rice, a lot of umami. There is very little sweetness or acidity. The sake is named after fountain like well. It is supposed to be drunk warm so I drink it warm next time.
