としひこToday is the fun Dolls' Festival 🎶🎎, but I still have 2 bottles from other breweries ‼️🤣... ^^; Well, I hope I can drink them by the end of this year ‼️
And this is Tatenokawa. It's absurdly good. It has the umami and sweetness of rice, but the acidity is strong enough to keep it all together. It is recommended to be served lukewarm, but I can understand why. It was better at room temperature than cold.
The entrée was Sushi Asazuma in Mejiro. Unlike the rose chirashi at the end of the year, this dish was made with asari clams, rape blossoms, and lilies as petals to create a spring-like effect.
