It is smooth, but in terms of aroma and fruity taste, it is not like a so-called daiginjo.
I thought it would be more direct at room temperature,
Today, I served it at room temperature.
This one has a softer sweetness.
I thought it had more flavor and umami at room temperature (because it was the second day?). Taste, more umami?
I also feel a little sourness, more rice-like.
Now that my daughter has gone, will there be more sake from Shimane?
