炊いたお米の控えめな香り。口に含むと穏やかな旨味とすっきり素直な味わい。後味は短めですが、ほんのり温かさが残ります。今回のシリーズ最後の一本として、全体の印象を改めて確認するような一本。派手さはないものの、素直で静かな心地よさがあります。
Quiet aroma of steamed rice, very restrained. On the palate, gentle umami and a clean, simple profile. The finish is short, followed by a soft alcoholic warmth. As the last one of this little series, it confirms the overall impression: modest, straightforward, nothing showy - but quietly pleasant in its own way.
