There was another bottle of Yamadanishiki, but this time it was a bottle of Chiba rice polished to 29% 💁.
It's schwarziness, sweetness and bitterness spreads out.
Like grapefruit.
It is a delicious sake with a clean and crisp taste.
It is freshly opened so it gives the impression of being a little hard 🤏.
I would like to enjoy it after a few days 🍶.
