There were three types of Kaze no Mori: Omachi, Roha Kaze, and Akitsuho.
Since we were going to the trouble, we chose Nara's rice Roha's version, which has a shibai label as well.
The shwashiness is not so strong for Kaze no Mori, but it has a full-bodied, low-polished taste.
However, the rich umami of the low-polished rice and the bitterness and subtle sweetness of Kaze no Mori made my taste buds happy.
It's just as good as I expected it to be 😙 As expected from a representative of Nara ❣️.
I hope to drink the Omachi version someday 😋!
