Fruity, juicy and bursting with flavor. The aroma is gorgeous, and even though the rice polishing ratio is high, you can tell that it was brewed with great care. The juicy, round sweetness and umami are in full bloom, and the slight bitterness of the rice powdery taste lingers, but it sets the tempo and creates a good harmony.
