Low alcohol, high fizz like an angry frog. I opened and closed the bottle several times and carefully opened it.
It is like a beautifully flavored champagne. It is very easy to drink and can be taken down quickly, but I didn't want to let that happen, so I explored the flavors.
As with all Niimasa, this is a sake for connoisseurs. The price is too good for amateurs.
