ヨシコウIt is refreshing and perfect for hot summer. The sake rice is Gohyakumangoku, which I like. The other day, I went to Nikko, but due to the train, I could not buy sake back home. In my quest to conquer the whole country, I chose sake from Tochigi Prefecture with a vengeance. I think I will go to Nikko this winter with a vengeance.
